What this check is — and is not
The questions here are adapted from the symptom checklists sleep clinicians commonly use when deciding whether someone should be referred for a sleep study. They cover snoring, witnessed pauses in breathing, dry mouth, morning headaches, daytime sleepiness, and waking gasping for breath.
It runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never sent to us, never stored, and disappear the moment you close the page.
It cannot diagnose anything. Obstructive sleep apnea is confirmed by a qualified healthcare provider, usually through a sleep study that measures your breathing overnight. What this check can do is tell you whether the symptoms you are experiencing are the ones worth raising with a doctor.
