Sleep n Flow is a specialised e-commerce store selling sleep and respiratory care products, including CPAP machines, BiPAP machines, masks, and accessories. We operate as an online retailer and do not provide medical services, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Products
All products sold on sleepnflow.com are brand new unless otherwise stated, intended for use in accordance with manufacturer specifications, and intended to be used as part of a prescribed therapy plan where applicable. We reserve the right to update, discontinue, or modify product listings without prior notice.
4. Pricing
Prices are confirmed with you directly at the time of enquiry and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of purchase.
5. Orders and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Lebanon: Payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery or Whish.
International: Payment arrangements are coordinated through the delivery partner. Our team will confirm details with you.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery is available to Lebanon, Turkey, Dubai (UAE), Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times vary by location. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns on machines are accepted within 3 days of delivery under the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Masks, accessories, and replacement parts are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
8. Warranty
CPAP, AutoSet, and BiPAP machines are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty Policy for full details.
9. Medical disclaimer
Sleep n Flow sells medical therapy equipment for use as part of prescribed therapy plans. We are not a medical provider, and nothing on our website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All products should be used in accordance with your healthcare provider's guidance. Product names (ResMed, Philips Respironics, AirSense, AirFit, DreamStation, DreamWear and others) are trademarks of their respective manufacturers. Sleep n Flow is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleep n Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
12. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
